Movin’ On Up Legacy Challenge: Part 2

Hi Cider Tomlein here again. Woah, what a crazy whirlwind my life has been since I last updated this blog.

Celene and I have been going from strength to strength, her with her engineering career and me in my sports career. We both made New Year’s Resolutions to get promotions at work, and within the week, I was a Dance Captain and Celene was an Apprentice of Algorithms.

With the extra money coming in we started planning our wedding and also moved across the hall into a less mice-infested apartment. This still wasn’t ideal, things kept breaking, and I got another promotion and also came into some money on the death of a distant relative, so as soon as our lease was up with we moved to a new apartment in the Spice Market area.

We met the neigbours and their kids, who became such amazing friends we asked them to be sims of honour at our wedding, and their daughter was our flower pal. So cute, it got us broody and we started thinking of expanding the family. Celene celebrated her special birthday here and, we knew it was time to start planning our future.

Our wedding was beautiful, the vows, the speeches and especially the dancing. We stayed up so late, when we got back we found learned our IVF treatment had worked and our first science baby was on the way. Of course this called for yet another move a to a nearby building where we welcomed Carter into the world.

Kids, they grow up so fast, and it wasn’t long before Carter was just into everything and we needed to move again. We fancied the arts district for our growing family, but the apartment we wanted wasn’t available, so we decided to move into smaller one in the same building.

Just as we welcome our new baby girl, Christy, into the world, the gorgeous three bedroom apartment in Medina Studios became available, and that’s where we are now. Hopefully, we will settle here for a little while to raise our growing family, although I do have my eye on another apartment in the Fashion District, I have such ambitions to leave a great legacy for my descendants and generation 2 is growing fast.
